01
A call, a shared document and a lot of questions. We want to understand the business problem behind the content request — they are often different things. You leave the first session with our honest view of whether content is the right lever at all.
02
We build a strategy against what we heard and put a first draft in front of you, usually inside three working days of sign-off. Early and rough beats late and polished, because the useful feedback only arrives once there is something concrete to react to.
03
We go back to the drawing board as many times as it takes. There is no cap on revisions and never has been. What we do ask for is structural feedback early and cosmetic feedback late — it saves everybody weeks.
04
You get the finished work, the source files, and the documentation needed to run it without us. Then we ask for a review, which is not compulsory and is always useful.
