Usually two to three weeks from signature. We deliberately keep a gap between signing and starting so the research phase is not rushed — the first fortnight is where the value of the whole engagement gets decided.

Yes. We have offices in Luton and Torrance, and roughly a third of our clients are elsewhere — mostly Europe, Canada and West Africa. Everything runs on written asynchronous updates with a weekly call scheduled in your working hours.

You tell us, and we rewrite it. There is no cap on revisions in any of our plans. We would rather hear structural criticism at draft one than polite approval followed by six weeks of small changes.

For most work, yes — and we will ask for a specific number of hours per month and get it agreed in writing before starting. Content built without access to the people who know the subject reads exactly like content built without access to the people who know the subject.
